The app maintained a strong active user base throughout the quarter, beginning with 24.6K users and climbing to 30K by the end of January, before experiencing minor fluctuations and ending March with 29.7K active users.

Ecobank Mobile App experienced a modest increase in weekly downloads, starting at 2.4K at the end of December and reaching 3.8K by mid-March. The number of active users also showed a steady rise, beginning at 19.4K and peaking at 22.6K in mid-March, before slightly decreasing to 21.7K by the end of the quarter.

SC Mobile Ghana saw significant growth in weekly downloads, with a notable spike to 4K in the week of January 31. Active users showed a substantial increase from 74.8K at the end of December to 120K in mid-January, followed by a decrease to 75.7K by the end of March.
